Apartment & Condo Movers in Gilbert, AZ

Crew chief Andre Willis runs our apartment and condo moves — from an ASU high-rise off Mill Avenue to a downtown Gilbert loft or a gated Chandler complex that wants a COI on file before move day.

Owner-run, East Valley born

Call and you get Cody or one of his movers on the line, not a call center. Point out where the tight turns and heavy rooms are, and the day gets planned out well before the truck pulls up.

A quote in writing, not a guess

Your figure comes from a room-by-room walkthrough, with pads, dollies, shrink-wrap and wardrobe boxes already folded in — nothing sprung on you at the curb.

Pack it all or only the breakables

Dish barrels swallow the kitchen, wardrobe cartons take the closet straight off the rod, and a built-to-size crate shields every mirror, TV and pane of glass for the ride.

One crew for every kind of address

The chief who sizes up your home runs the truck and walks the empty place with you at the end — from Sun Lakes single-stories to Tempe high-rise walk-ups, the same team stays with your things.

Apartment and condo moves in the East Valley turn on access, not muscle. A Tempe student tower hands you a two-hour freight-elevator window, a downtown Gilbert loft has one tight stairwell, and a gated Chandler community won’t buzz the truck in until your certificate of insurance is on file. Andre Willis walks all of that out before load day.

Buildings we move every week

  • ASU student high-rises off Mill Avenue and Tempe Town Lake
  • Heritage District and downtown Chandler loft conversions
  • Gated master-planned condos in Val Vista Lakes and Ocotillo
  • Older Mesa walk-ups and third-floor units with no elevator

Danielle Cho files the COI your leasing office or HOA spells out, we reserve the elevator ahead of time, and we run floor covers through every shared lobby. Two movers and a truck are $145 an hour, three are $199, with a one-hour minimum and pads, dollies and wardrobe boxes already aboard.

Included as Standard

Everything listed here is part of how our crews run the job — none of it turns into a surprise line at the bottom of the bill.

  • Freight-elevator time booked with building management ahead of your date
  • Certificate of insurance prepared by Danielle Cho to your leasing office or HOA's exact limits
  • Corner guards and floor protection laid through every shared corridor, lobby and stairwell
  • An extra mover assigned to no-elevator walk-ups so tall carries still stay quick
  • Beds, desks and flat-pack units disassembled at the old unit and reassembled at the new one
  • Wardrobe cartons, dollies and shrink-wrap loaded on the truck at no added charge
  • Mattresses bagged and upholstery wrapped against Sonoran dust before anything moves

Common Questions, Answered

Do you move ASU students in and out of the Tempe high-rises during turnover week?
Yes — Andre's crew works the Mill Avenue and Tempe Town Lake towers all through the August and May turnover rush. Those weeks fill fast, so call (888) 278-9005 early to lock a truck and a loading-dock slot.
My gated Chandler community won't let the truck in without a certificate of insurance — can you provide one?
That's routine here. Send us your HOA or property manager's requirements and Danielle Cho emails the COI a few days ahead with the exact coverage limits they name, so the gate opens on schedule.
How early does the crew start on a summer apartment move?
From June through September we stage at first light, usually a 6 a.m. load, to get the heavy carries done before the pavement and stairwells hit 110 degrees. It is easier on your belongings and faster for everyone.
Can you handle a downtown Gilbert loft with one narrow stairwell and no loading zone?
We do those often in the Heritage District. We scout the stair and the nearest truck spot beforehand, pad the walls, and add a mover if the carry is long so the day doesn't drag out.
Do you move a one-bedroom condo, or is there a size minimum?
No minimum — a single-room condo is welcome. It's billed hourly at $145 for two movers with a one-hour floor, and most small units wrap up well inside a morning.

How Your Move Day Unfolds

  1. 1

    Same-day estimate, in writing

On our end: Give us the room count, whether it’s stairs or a flat walk-out, and where the truck can park — a written number comes back to you, usually before the day is out.

Where you help: Keep your move-out and move-in dates handy, plus any gate or building codes; that’s what turns a rough range into a firm figure.

  2. 2

We lock the date and clear access

On our end: Truck parking, gate codes and elevator holds get arranged with your building or HOA ahead of time, so the crew pulls up at the door instead of hauling boxes across a lot.

Where you help: Confirm when you can be out of the old place and into the new one, then tell us which of those two dates has the least give.

  3. 3

    Pad, wrap, label, load

On our end: Furniture disappears under blankets, sofas get sealed in stretch wrap, and every bolt from a bed or table rides in a labeled bag taped to its own piece.

Where you help: Tag each box with the room it’s bound for, and keep documents, keys and small valuables with you rather than on the truck.

  4. 4

Drive, carry in, walk it back

On our end: The movers who loaded your home are the ones who set it back down — furniture placed where you point, beds rebuilt, and all the spent wrap and tape hauled off before we leave.

Where you help: Do a final walk with the chief before the truck rolls, while anything that needs a fix is still an easy fix.

What does a move around Gilbert actually cost?

Send the home size, the day you’re aiming for and what’s making the trip, and a written estimate reaches your inbox the same day. No deposit, nothing owed up front — just a number you can hold a budget to.

  • Licensed and insured — Arizona intrastate moving authority for in-state jobs, plus US DOT and MC authority the moment a move crosses a state line
  • The figure you approve is the figure the crew works to — built from a real room-by-room count, not a curbside guess
  • Every mover is uniformed, on our own W-2 payroll, and rolls up in a truck that’s ours
