These terms cover any move you book with Always Professional Moving, the owner-run crew based in Gilbert, AZ. Reserving a date or leaving a deposit means you accept what’s laid out below.
Pricing and estimates
Local jobs run $145 an hour for two movers and a truck, or $199 for three, with a one-hour minimum; a flat rate can be locked in ahead of time instead. The figure you’re quoted reflects the details you give us, and the final total depends on your actual belongings, how reachable each address is, and the total hours worked.
Booking and changes
- We hold your date as soon as we send back a confirmation
- Tell us promptly if plans change so the truck can go to another family
- Payment in full is expected on completion unless we’ve agreed to other terms in writing
Coverage and claims
Every shipment includes released-value coverage of $0.60 per pound at no charge. Want more? Full-value protection is available on request, insuring cargo up to $1,000,000 per load. On an interstate move you have nine months from delivery to file a claim. We carry Arizona intrastate moving authority plus federal US DOT and MC credentials, and stay bonded and insured.
Your side
Please have everything packed and staged as we planned, flag the fragile or oversized items, and carry your valuables — cash, jewelry, key documents — yourself rather than loading them. Questions about these terms? Call (888) 278-9005.
